These terms and conditions and the content can be changed at any time by MYLE BV. MYLE BV is not liable for the consequences of errors on its website. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.

Offers

Offers are valid only while supplies last during the specified duration.

Orders

By placing an order, the buyer indicates agreement with MYLE BV’s general sales conditions. The prices listed in the webshop include VAT.

The price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Delivery

MYLE BV will exercise the greatest possible care in receiving and executing orders for products and in assessing requests for services. The delivery address is the address provided by the buyer to the company. (For international delivery, we apply different shipping rates, which you can inquire about through service@myle-shop.nl). Goods are delivered in accordance with the legally applicable provisions in the Netherlands regarding distance selling.MYLE BV is not liable for any damage you may suffer due to the order being delivered to an address erroneously provided by the customer. You must provide your correct address and any changes to MYLE BV in a timely manner. Payment

Payment at MYLE BV can be made through the electronic payment options offered via the online payment system. Payment for an order always takes place in advance. The order will only be shipped after receipt of the amount due. If payment is not made within a period of fourteen days, the order will be canceled. The buyer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the entrepreneur without delay.
