The terms and conditions of Myle-shop.nl

These terms and conditions and the content can be changed at any time by MYLE BV. MYLE BV is not liable for the consequences of errors on its website. No rights can be derived from incorrect price information.

Offers

Offers are valid only while supplies last during the specified duration.

Orders

By placing an order, the buyer indicates agreement with MYLE BV’s general sales conditions. The prices listed in the webshop include VAT.

The price

During the validity period stated in the offer, the prices of the offered products and/or services will not be increased, except for price changes due to changes in VAT rates.

Delivery

MYLE BV will exercise the greatest possible care in receiving and executing orders for products and in assessing requests for services. The delivery address is the address provided by the buyer to the company. (For international delivery, we apply different shipping rates, which you can inquire about through service@myle-shop.nl). Goods are delivered in accordance with the legally applicable provisions in the Netherlands regarding distance selling.MYLE BV is not liable for any damage you may suffer due to the order being delivered to an address erroneously provided by the customer. You must provide your correct address and any changes to MYLE BV in a timely manner. If you have moved and have not notified MYLE BV, delivery to the last address provided to MYLE BV will be considered valid delivery.MYLE BV is not liable for any damage you may suffer because delivery did not take place at your actual address. Orders accepted by MYLE BV will be executed as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be executed, or only partially, the buyer will be informed no later than one month after placing the order. In that case, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement without any costs. In that case, the buyer has the right to dissolve the agreement free of charge. If the delivered item does not correspond to what was agreed upon and this non-conformity is a defect within the meaning of the product liability regulation, MYLE BV is not liable for any consequential damage.

Payment

Payment at MYLE BV can be made through the electronic payment options offered via the online payment system. Payment for an order always takes place in advance. The order will only be shipped after receipt of the amount due. If payment is not made within a period of fourteen days, the order will be canceled. The buyer has the duty to report inaccuracies in provided or stated payment details to the entrepreneur without delay.

Security and Payment

When you choose Electronic payment, it is done through an external and certified company. To guarantee the security of the ordering process, all data, including name, address, and bank details, are encrypted and stored on a Secure Server. As a result, all bank and address data are secured in the order system of MYLE BV. We ensure that your data is securely stored through the use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL), an advanced internet security system to protect your data.

Privacy

All personal data are used exclusively by MYLE BV and are not disclosed to third parties unless necessary for the delivery of goods and all payment transactions.

You can notify us of this cancellation by email.

Returns

You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order for a different size or a different item. In this case, items must be returned in undamaged condition and in the original packaging. Learn how to return on this page.

Sale items

Items from the SALE cannot be exchanged. You may return the item. You will then receive a voucher for the value of the item. You can then use this voucher in our shop. This voucher is valid for 6 months.
