How do I know my order has reached Myle?

After you have ordered and paid online, you will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment. If this is not the case, please contact us at service@myle-shop.nl

How do I place an order in the webshop?

  • Select the product of your choice by clicking;
  • Select the correct size by clicking on that size.
  • Once you have selected the correct size, click “Add to Cart.”
  • You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart.
  • When you’re finished shopping, click on the “shopping cart icon” in the upper right corner.
  • Here, you can choose “View Cart” or “Checkout.”
  • If you are ordering for the first time on Myle’s webshop, fill in the requested information to register your account. If you have ordered before, you can log in with your email address and password.
  • After registering a new account, you will need to activate your account before completing your order. You can do this by clicking on the activation link in the email you received after registering your account.
  • You can choose to have the products delivered to a different address, for example, if it’s a gift or if you prefer to receive the package at your work address.
  • If you have a discount code, you can enter it now under “Do you have a voucher?”
  • Check your order and delivery details before proceeding to the payment page.
  • Next, select your preferred payment method from the drop-down menu.
  • You will now enter a secure environment to make the payment and complete the order.
  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order and payment from us.
  • Once we have packed and shipped your order, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code, which you can use to track the delivery status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order by contacting us at service@myle-shop.nl. If your order is already on its way, unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, you can return your order. Read all about it on this page.

Yes, you can modify your order by contacting us at service@myle-shop.nl. If your order is already on its way, unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change your order. In that case, you can return your order. Read all about it on this page.

What do I do if I need more information about a product?

We try to publish as much useful information about our products as possible to help you choose the items that best suit you. The product page for each item includes size information, a brief description, and photos. You can click on the product’s photo to enlarge it and view the details. If you still need more information, you can contact our customer service. When asking your question, please include the product’s item number, and we will answer your question as soon as possible.
